As a visionary and entrepreneur, Nikki established BBE, Inc. in 2021. The corporation embodies a professional, service-focused, and community-minded culture, delivering comprehensive solutions rooted in Integrity and Service Excellence. BBE, Inc. provides specialized services—including Strategic Planning & Implementation, Creative Design, Project Management, and Professional Writing Services, in addition to administrative and event management support—to businesses, companies, and individuals, always focused on Growth and Empowerment.


Nikki brings over twenty years of experience working with local government, public sector, and non-profit organizations in positions ranging from entry-level to leadership roles. Her primary motivation for creating BBE, Inc. was to establish an inheritance for her three children. This foundational goal is coupled with a drive to help individuals and businesses promote and enhance growth that caters to success through integrity, reinforced by her staunch commitment to professionalism without compromising integrity and her focus on providing quality services.

Further extending her passion for advocacy and helping others, Nikki founded the subsidiary Champion Initiative, LLC in 2022. Champion Initiative, LLC focuses on providing advocacy, non-legal navigation, and educational resources or services to victims of violence, injustice, and discrimination, with a strong focus on education and mental health rights and community engagement and education.

Nikki’s robust academic background includes a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of South Alabama. A proud graduate of Demopolis High School, she made the conscious choice to postpone the completion of her Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice from Liberty University in 2023 (after completing dissertation phase II) to dedicate her focus to her family and the expansion of her enterprises.

This drive is encapsulated in her personal statement regarding BBE, Inc. and CI, LLC: “Both entities are the substance of God-given gifts and talents to edify God’s kingdom and serve the people while leaving an inheritance for my children—Simeon, Ashlyn, and
McKenzie—and their children’s children.”
